Scarletts (Scotland) was established in 1999 as a commercial beekeeping business. Located in the heart of Perthshire Scotland, we have some 50 million bees pollinating vast areas of soft fruit, lowland flowers and from July each year, the heather of the Grampian hills.

The hills and glens of Scotland are one of the world’s most breathtaking natural environments. The flowers are widely varied, from sweet smelling fruit blossoms to gorgeous phacelia and dense hillsides of purple heathers. It is this diverse mix offered up by the Scottish countryside that allows Scarletts to produce their two delicious products – Scottish Blossom honey and Scottish Heather honey.

These products have become firm favourites with customers of farmers markets, farm shops, delicatessens and Multinationals. This popularity has enabled Scarletts to grow steadily into one of the largest beekeeping companies in the UK
